Clinonix is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of protected health information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect electronic protected health information (ePHI) and ensure that all data is handled responsibly and securely. Our policies and procedures are designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of sensitive healthcare information.

Clinonix supports healthcare providers by adhering to HIPAA Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules when performing revenue management and related services. Access to PHI is limited strictly to authorized personnel who require such information to perform their job responsibilities, and all team members are trained on HIPAA compliance requirements.

Where applicable, Clinonix operates as a Business Associate and enters into Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with covered entities to define responsibilities related to the use and protection of PHI.

We continuously review and update our security practices to align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring compliance while supporting the operational needs of healthcare organizations.
